2006 "Nobility"

The Nobility fruit was harvested on December 1st and 2nd, 2006. with a brix level of 37.3. The juice for this wine was fermented in small French Oak barrels and held to age for 19 months. The alcohol content is 14.4% by volume and the residual sugar content is 12.8g/100ml. This limited production wine ( only 265 375ml cases produced) has layers of Apricot jam, sweet fig, vanilla and honey, a balanced acidity with spice, tobacco, crème brul'ee, and a rich honeyed finish.

50% Semillon Knights Valley Sonoma County / 50% Sauvignon Blanc Gamble Ranch Napa Valley Napa County.
